Venango County, in coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) urge EVERYONE to receive the vaccine. We ask that our citizens patiently wait their turn so that those most at risk and in need can get it.
WHERE CAN I FIND A VACCINE PROVIDER TO GET VACCINATED?
Currently, in Venango County, the vaccination is available only for those who qualify under Phase 1A. You cannot walk in to receive a vaccination. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT no matter where you go. The PADOH has asked all Pennsylvanians to practice patience and to receive the vaccine in the county in which they reside. This is a massive and complex operation which requires patience on your part. Those who want a vaccine will be able to get a vaccine, but it will take months not weeks to complete the distribution process.
UPMC If guidance for the signup is needed, a phone number, which is listed on the site, will be answered seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The phone number is 844-UPMCVAC (844-876-2822). We ask that individuals use the website as the preferred way to sign up to leave the phone lines open for those with limited access to online services or technology.
